Welcome to the ALP Life Sciences, LLC (ALP) website. The information and research links provided to you on this site are for general informational and educational purposes only. Please read and review this Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy Agreement (Agreement) carefully before accessing or using this website. ALP reserves the right to amend this Agreement to reflect technological advancements, legal and regulatory changes and good business practices. If ALP changes this Agreement an updated and current version this Agreement will reflect those changes. By accessing or using the ALP websites, you agree that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound to the current version of this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Terms of Use and Privacy Policy Agreement your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the ALP website and exit immediately.

Use of the ALP Website and ALP Store: The information provided on this site is for informational and educational purposes only. Sections of this website are intended for particular audiences including ALP’s employees, partners, customers and stakeholders, as well as members of the health care community and the general public. Your access to and use of the information contained in the website and your purchase of products from the ALP store are subject to this Agreement. By accessing and using this website, you accept, without limitation, qualification or reservation, this Agreement.

No ALP Product Returns and Refunds: Products and services offered on the ALP website to registered and non-registered customers alike include healthcare supplements and diagnostics. These products are consumable or they are used for diagnostic testing using blood samples. For the protection of all of our customers ALP allows no returns and no refunds on any products. Any returns would have to be discarded and destroyed so no product returns or refunds are allowed for any reason. Please review products carefully before purchasing. All sales are final. There are no exceptions.

Disclaimer and Content Accuracy: ALP will use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on this website but makes no warranties or representations of any kind as to its accuracy, currency, completeness or suitability for any specific purpose. Health Provider Data Accuracy: The ALP website contains and ALP maintains health provider data for its sampling program allowing participating consumers to receive discounts and so participating providers can receive product samples. You understand and accept that to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, ALP and its data suppliers disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of fitness, completeness, timeliness, correctness, non-infringement or merchantability for a particular purpose. You understand that notice of any updates or modifications to this Agreement will be fully communicated to you by the posting of a modified Agreement on the ALP website. Any legal action or proceeding related to this website shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in the United States, the state of North Carolina and Buncombe County.

Survival and Miscellaneous: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, then such provision shall be severable without affecting the enforceability of all remaining provisions. ALP reserves the right to alter or delete materials from this website at any time at its sole discretion.

PRIVACY POLICY

ALP makes respecting your privacy an utmost priority. Any and all information collected at this site is kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed, unless otherwise clearly indicated at the time of gathering the information. A more detailed explanation about how we safeguard your personal information is described below.

Resale, Transfer and Disclosure of Information to Third Parties: ALP does not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any information collected at the ALP website, including customer, membership or email lists, unless otherwise clearly indicated when collected. However, in the event ALP is sold to a successor company, then all collected information may be transferred to the acquiring company, and that company may publish a new privacy policy.

Information Collected: ALP analyzes website logs to constantly improve the value of the services available on website. Visitors to each of the ALP websites can access the website’s home page, and browse some areas of the site, without disclosing any personally identifiable information. ALP records IPs, date/time, and pages visited by visitors, and uses the data to improve the website, but does not use this visitor data to identify individuals. You must register to access portions of the ALP website. If a visitor becomes a registered customer user of the ALP website ALP retains information that you voluntarily submit, and information automatically collected by the ALP servers such as your IP address, date/time and pages visited. ALP may use server and browser information to individually customize its offerings and presentations if you submit your personal information. When registering as a customer on the ALP website you may be asked to provide identifying information, such as name, gender, and contact information. On the registration screen, ALP will clearly label which information is required for registration, and which information is optional and may be given at your discretion. ALP websites obtain consent before collecting such personally identifiable information. ALP also collects information about physicians and other allied health care providers who register on the ALP website. ALP also collects information from other third party sources for marketing purposes, and in order to verify physicians and allied health care providers regarding their licensure status and identity. ALP may augment existing customer and health care provider databases with legally obtained information from third parties. Some of this information may be personally identifiable. ALP also uses national change of address information when mailing to health providers and customers to reduce waste.

ALP and Amazon Product Ordering Information: The ALP website store utilizes services from Amazon including Checkout by Amazon (CBA) for order processing and billing and fraud prevention and Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) to fulfill product orders in a manner that is secure, convenient and efficient for customers. In order to fulfill orders ALP and Amazon share certain order and personally identifiable information to facilitate secure orders and purchase transactions. ALP receives “NO” credit card information from Amazon. ALP and Amazon do share customer order, quantity, amounts, email, address and other information required to effectively fulfill orders for ALP products.

ALP Sample Program Physician and Medical Provider Information: Registered customers and users may identify their physician so that if their physician participates in the ALP sample program the physician can receive sample credit in the ALP sample program for healthcare providers. For ALP customers that participate in this service it means that they have voluntarily identified who their physician is in the ALP database. This information is only used for administering and managing the ALP sample program and will not be used for any other purpose. ALP registered users are not required to identify their physician for this program if they choose not to do so for any reason. Customers may request to remove their physician identification at any time and for any reason and this request will be honored.

Privacy, Disclosure, and Transfer of ALP Email Lists: ALP maintains various email lists to keep interested members of the general public and health care professionals informed about important ALP product information, programs and offers. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our list to anyone unless otherwise communicated that we may do so. ALP may send email messages to you. You may opt-out at any time and ALP will honor your request. In the event ALP is sold to a successor company, then all collected information on email list may be transferred to the acquiring company, and that company may notify ALP participant of a new privacy policy by publishing a new privacy policy or by other means of notification.
